Assalamu Alaykum and Welcome to the National Union of Paksitani Students & Alumni (Nupsa) Official Website.
I would like to thank you for taking an interest in the National Union of Pakistani Students & Alumni. I would like not only to welcome you as the President of Nupsa, but also as a fellow Pakistani student passionate about Pakistan and its people.
Nupsa was initially set up to fill the void of positive Pakistani participation, collaboration and encouragement. Nupsa has come a long way since its birth: we have been awarded by the Pakistan High Commission for our enthusiasm to brighten Pakistan’s name; hosted seminars afar afield as the US, Afghan and Pakistan Embassies; raised £13,000 for the Swat Valley victims through a Charity Dinner with our 20/20 World Pakistan cricket winners and also hosted the Pakistan Young Leaders Conference in Islamabad - two of our proposals from this conference were incorporated into our Pakistan’s Constitution.
There is a lot more to do. We must unite in the name of Pakistan and we do what is right for our country. We must work together to pave the way for a better Pakistan and change the negative perception across the world through initiative and positive actions. And we must do these things with sincerity, passion, determination and drive, doing what is righteous, fair and full of integrity.
At Nupsa, we aim to provide an unbiased platform for all Pakistani Students and Alumni to unite and to materialise their positive goals for Pakistan. We hope to bring together the intellect that we no doubt harbour and to accumulate our strengths and speak through our successes. Please join us in our upcoming ventures and make this a journey to remember, inshAllah. I look forward to meeting you very soon!
